Description
The Gigaopto’s GTS-SGU2A-30DC XGPON ONU N2a SFP+ transceiver is designed for point-to-multipoint (P2MP) Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Business or Curb (FTTx) applications with 9.95328Gbps in downstream and 2.48832Gbps in upstream. It is a high performance module for single fiber communications by using 1270nm burst-mode transmitter and 1577nm continuous-mode receiver.
The transmitter section uses a 1270nm DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825-1. The receiver section uses an integrated 1577nm detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.CML interface is used for differential inputs and outputs. A LVTTL logic and control interface simplifies interface to external circuitry.
It is fully compliant with SFP+ MSA, SFF-8432, SFF-8472 and RoHS standards.
