OD 3-25mm range small diameter seamless steel pipe factory with cut to length service
Cold rolled seamless pipe is used for mechanical structure, hydraulic equipment with high dimensional accuracy and good surface finish of cold drawn or cold rolled precision seamless pipe. Cold rolled (dial) seamless pipe in addition to general steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipe, high pressure boiler steel pipe, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, petroleum cracking pipe, other steel pipe, also includes carbon thin-wall steel pipe, alloy thin-wall steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, special-shaped steel pipe. The outer diameter of hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally greater than 32mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm. The diameter of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe can reach 6mm, and the wall thickness can reach 0.25mm. The outer diameter of thin-walled pipe can reach 5mm, and the wall thickness is less than 0.25mm.
Production process
Seamless steel pipe manufacturing process is divided into hot-rolled and cold seamless pipe.
1. Production process of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe: tube billet → heating → perforation → three-roller/cross-rolling & continuous rolling → de-pipe → sizing → cooling → straightening → hydraulic test → marking → seamless steel pipe with leverage effect detected.
2. Production process of cold drawn seamless steel tubes: tube blank → heating → perforation → heading → annealing → pickling → oiling → multiple cold drawing → blank tube → heat treatment → straightening → hydraulic test → marking → storage.
