Description:
Cooling method: air cooling.
Closed system: The microwave sintering furnace is required to be completely closed and can be partially evacuated to achieve protective gas replacement.
Equipment operating temperature: when the sintering temperature reaches 1600℃, it can be heated for another 60 minutes and keep the equipment surface temperature not higher than 70℃.
Temperature control system: PLC manual automatic control system, the temperature measuring element adopts 3 far-infrared temperature measuring elements, one on the bottom of the furnace, one on the side of the furnace, and one on the top of the furnace. The display meter uses a digital meter.
