Operating Principles
Acoustic Detection Function
Sensors collect pipeline leakage sounds and transmit signals wirelessly to the host unit. Processed signals display as visual columns and numerical values on the interface while audio feeds to wireless headphones, enabling combined visual and auditory analysis for precise leak point determination.
Gas Detection Function
Hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas injected into pipelines is detected by specialized hydrogen sensors. Leaked hydrogen content displays as signal columns and values on the host interface. Maximum signal column height and highest numerical value indicate precise leak location.
Pipeline Locating Function
When pipeline direction is unknown, sounding devices installed at pipeline interfaces generate specific multi-frequency sound waves. These signals transmit horizontally along pipelines and vertically to the surface, where host and sensor analysis accurately locates underground metal and non-metal pipeline orientation and direction.
