Detection Technologies
Acoustic Detection
Advanced sensors collect pipeline leakage sounds and signals, transmitting data wirelessly to the host unit. The system processes signals and displays them as visual columns and numerical values on the interface, while simultaneously transmitting audio to wireless headphones for combined visual and auditory analysis.
Gas Detection
Utilizes hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gas injection with specialized hydrogen sensors to detect and analyze escaped hydrogen. The system displays hydrogen concentration levels through signal columns and numerical values, enabling precise leak point identification where signal strength peaks.
Pipeline Locating
When pipeline direction is unknown, a sounding device generates specific multi-frequency sound waves that travel along the pipeline and transmit vertically to the surface. The host and sensor collect these signals to accurately determine the orientation and direction of underground metal and non-metal pipelines.
