• Boiler body adopts densely arranged coil structure with a large diameter combustion chamber, to ensure that the fuel has enough combustion space and can be burned more fully, the boiler has sufficient heating surface and enough output.

• Horizontal chain grate coal fired thermal oil boiler is divided into upper body and lower grate. It is easy to install and has short installation time. As long as the upper body and lower grate are closed together, the installation cost of users are greatly reduced.

• Boiler grate is made of high quality "medium and high silicon heat resistant nodular cast iron" material. It is suitable for burning all kinds of inferior bituminous coal, lignite, lean coal and biomass fuels, has strong burning resistance, oxidation resistance and long service life.

• The thermal oil boiler system adopts high-quality circulating oil pump, which has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, lower power consumption, lower failure rate, and can run steadily for a long time without leakage.

• The boiler adopts special aluminium silicate insulation material and special construction technology to reduce the heat loss. An air preheater is installed at the tail to absorb the heat of the flue gas, reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the thermal efficiency.
