The burner for the boiler is placed on the side or top. The design and production of each boiler fully consider the flame length, flame diameter and combustion condition of the burner. The fuel combustion efficiency is as high as 99.9%!

The corrugated furnace is used inside the boiler. Compared with the ordinary furnace, it can absorb the thermal expansion more quickly, reduce the thermal stress, increase the heating area by more than 20%, effectively improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler by more than 15%. The corrugated furnace agitates the high-temperature flue gas, so that the heat transfer between the flue gas and the medium is faster, the heating up time of the boiler can be shortened by more than 10%, and the steam production of the boiler is faster.
