• The boiler adopts threaded smoke pipes, which has a self-cleaning function and a higher heat transfer coefficient. The heat transfer is equivalent to 1.7-1.8 times that of a common tube with the same size, greatly improves the thermal efficiency of boilers .

• The boiler grate is made up of a plurality of fixed grate bar with ventilation and ash holes, and the grate bars are cast from high-temperature resistant cast iron materials, which have a long service life and are not easily deformed and damaged.

• The boiler adopts a horizontal three-pass structure and large furnace, the boiler body adopts an arched tube plate to change the quasi-steel body into quasi-elastic body structure, reduce the stress of welding, solves the problems of tube plate cracking.

• Equipped with high quality multistage stainless steel water pumps, high standard dust collector, water softener and high efficiency energy-saving equipment to ensure the stable operation of the boiler system, reduce operating costs and pollutant emissions.

• Before each boiler leaves the factory, the pressurized parts must be carried out 100% flaw detection and hydrostatic test to ensure that products are fully qualified and to effectively guarantee the stability of boiler operation and the safety of users.
