• Membrane water wall is adopted to ensure good tightness of the furnace, improve combustion conditions in the furnace, avoid slagging and less air leakage, reduce heat loss of flue gas, improve thermal efficiency of the boiler, and increase the effective radiation heating area.

• Adopt movable chain grate. According to different fuel characteristics of users, appropriate grate pieces are selected, such as small scale grate, reciprocating grate, etc. The grate has small gap, low coal leakage and high temperature resistance up to 1200℃.

• Adopt the mechanical lifting type or belt conveyor type coal feeder, which saves time and labor in coal feeding, and equipped with spiral or scraper type slag remover, automatically conveys ash to the preset position, more convenient to handle, save more manpower costs.

• The boiler is equipped with full automatic PLC liquid crystal display touch screen electronic control system, with multiple interlocking protection program, which can digitally monitor the operation of the boiler and accurately feedback various data of the boiler.
