• The boiler is a horizontal wet back fire tube structure with layout layout in central symmetry, which can effectively improve the stress distribution of the tube sheet. The combustion chamber and smoke pipe are completely underwater, the cooling condition is good, and the service life is longer.

• The design of large combustion chamber is conducive to the expansion of flame and full combustion; the corrugated furnace not only increases the heating surface, but also relieves the damage of combustion chamber caused by expansion with heat and contraction with cold, and improves the strength of boiler.

• The control system of boiler has common computer control, touch screen control, PLC program control and others for users to choose. And they are quipped with various interlock protection devices such as water shortage alarm, overheating alarm, overpressure alarm, mid-range flameout alarm, etc.

• The boiler system is left the factory as a whole and equipped with EPCB carefully selected instrument valves and other safety accessories, so users don’t need to buy the instruments & valves again. The complete set of equipment is safe and durable, and the users can be satisfied.

• For the convenience of users, we can add condensing type heat exchanger for users according to their needs, to absorb the sensible and latent heat in flue gas and reduce the temperature of exhaust gas; or add plate type heat exchanger to reduce the heat loss and enhance the heat recovery rate.
