• Single drum fixed grate manual steam boiler is a new type of boiler designed by our factory for biomass fuels. The boiler is a horizontal three-pass water-fire tube combination structure with high thermal efficiency, low operating cost and more economical use.

• Threaded flue gas pipes are arranged in the drum and smooth water wall pipes are arranged on both sides of the furnace. The design structure is reasonable and compact. The heating area is large, the flue gas flow is long, and the heat transfer effect is better.

• The grate adopts horizontal type fixed grate, equipped with F.D. fan and I.D. fan for mechanical ventilation, and implements automatic water supply, alarm of high and low water level, interlocking of limit water level and over-pressure stopping.

• The furnace is manufactured and delivered as a whole, convenient for transportation, beautiful appearance, easy operation and installation, less mechanical failure, convenient maintenance and more economical operation.

• Equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve, water level gauge and other protective devices. The pressure gauge shows the pressure of the boiler, the safety valve opens automatically and relieves pressure when the boiler reaches a certain pressure, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
