• This series of biomass fired water tube steam boilers are packaged water tube steam boilers, which adopt double drums structure. The boilers are equipped with smooth tube water wall on both sides of the furnace. The dense convective tube bundles are arranged at the rear to connect the upper and lower drums, so as to improve the flue gas velocity and enhance the heat transfer effect.

• The combustion mode of the biomass fired water tube steam boiler is light type chain grate or reciprocating grate. It is suitable for many kinds of biomass fuels, such as sawdust, bamboo chips, straw, rice husk, peanut husk, bagasse, etc. Stepless speed regulation is adopted to ensure that the fuel burns more fully on the grate and reduce fuel cost.

• Boiler adopts two-sides air intake and independent air chamber, as well as unique secondary air design, which can flexibly adjust air flow and pressure, improve ignition conditions of biomass fuel. Adequate air supply, ensure full combustion of biomass fuels and avoid damage to the grate caused by fuel coking.
