• The series of biomass fired hot water boilers adopt horizontal three-pass water tube structure and membrane water wall on both sides of the furnace, which increases the sealing performance and volume of the furnace, and also increases the heating surface.

• For the boiler grate, we adopt high-quality movable grates with high degree of automation. Users can choose appropriate types of grate bars according to fuel characteristics, such as small scale grates which can withstand high temperatures above 1200℃.

• We match the whole set of boiler system for our customers, and equip many auxiliary equipment such as dust collector, slag remover, economizer, air preheater, etc. so as to make the thermal efficiency higher, and no black smoke, save more costs for users.

• Our boilers have multiple quality inspection processes before they leave our factory, such as X-ray & magnetic powder inspection of welds, hydrostatic test of boilers, etc. Each inspection process will be responsible for by a special person, with detailed records to ensure that the boilers have no problems.
