Accessory tiles for Spanish roof tile systems are typically made from the same materials as the main roof tiles, such as clay or concrete. They are designed to match the style, color, and profile of the main tiles, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing roof design. The specific types and designs of accessory tiles may vary depending on the manufacturer and regional preferences.
S type roof tiles are widely used for villa and house.
Residential Roofing: Spanish roof tiles are frequently used for residential roofing projects.
Commercial Buildings: Spanish roof tiles can also be used in commercial buildings, especially when a traditional or Mediterranean architectural style is desired. They are often seen on hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other commercial properties seeking a distinctive and eye-catching appearance.
- Raw Material Preparation: The clay is sourced from quarries and undergoes processing to remove impurities and achieve the desired consistency and plasticity.
- Shaping: This can be done through extrusion or molding.
- Drying: Once shaped, the tiles are dried to remove moisture and increase their strength.
- Firing: The dried tiles are fired in kilns at high temperatures.
- Glazing (Optional): Some Spanish clay roof tiles may undergo glazing to add color, texture, and extra protection.
- Quality Control: After firing and glazing (if applicable), the roof tiles undergo quality control checks to ensure they meet the required standards. Any tiles with defects or imperfections are discarded.
- Packaging and Transportation: The tiles are then packaged and prepared for transportation to the construction site. Proper packaging ensures the tiles are protected during transit and handling.
