MZLH420 Horizontal Wood Pellet Press Machine
This industrial wood pellet press machine processes various biomass materials including rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo shavings, bagasse, palm shell, branches, bark, leaves, wood scraps, and sawdust from furniture and wood factories. The machine converts these raw materials into renewable fuel pellets that serve as an eco-friendly alternative to coal.
Operating Principle
Raw material enters the pelletizing chamber where the rotating ring die drives the roller shell. Through this mechanical action, the material is pressed through the ring die holes and formed into pellets, which are then cut to size by the scrap mechanism.
