30t/H TGSS Heavy Duty Scraper Chain Conveyor - 66.675mm Chain Pitch, 80m Range for Grain & Bulk Materials
TGSS series drag chain conveyor is engineered for bulk grain storage, material distribution, and unloading operations in large processing facilities. This robust system efficiently handles powdery, fine, and coarse materials with both horizontal and upward inclined conveying capabilities.
- All operating components feature safety covers to eliminate worker injury risks
- Zero speed detector on driven shaft automatically stops operation during chain failure
- Durable construction minimizes vulnerable parts and reduces maintenance costs
- Economical bending conveying chain suitable for outputs below 200 tons and distances within 80 meters
- Bolted chain gears and links enable quick component replacement
- Multiple surface treatment options including powder coating and galvanizing for indoor/outdoor applications
- Various anti-wear metals and plastics enhance equipment flexibility

Power requirements calculated based on conveyor length and capacity specifications.
- Side Plate: 3mm Q235 bending forming
- Top Cover Plate: 2mm Q235
- Bottom Plate: 5mm 16Mn wear-resistant material
- Pin Diameter: 12.7mm
- Chain Plate Thickness: 6mm
- Nylon Scraper Thickness: 14mm
- Bearing: Domestic LK series
Complete system includes transmission device, head section, intermediate sections, feeding/discharging sections, tail section, and scraper chain assembly.
The scraper chain conveyor supports horizontal and inclined transportation. Maximum upward inclination is 25°, while downward inclination should not exceed 20°. For steep inclinations, anti-skid devices are required. The flexible design allows 2°-4° bending in both horizontal and vertical directions.
- Monitor operation continuously and stop immediately for any abnormal sounds or faults
- Regularly inspect all components, particularly scraper chains and transmission systems
- Maintain proper chain tension to prevent excessive wear or jamming
- Adjust or replace cleaning brushes when worn
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for motor, reducer, and hydraulic coupling maintenance
- Perform regular cleaning, replace worn parts, and lubricate all designated points
