Application Details
Suitable Materials
Designed for materials after chipping (thickness ≤10mm), particularly fiber materials with high moisture and oil content. Compatible with wood chips, wood bricks, shavings, straw, peanut shell, palm shell, cotton seed, bamboo dust, rice husk, elephant grass, sugar cane, pulp, olive dust, and similar biomass materials.
Working Principle
Raw material enters the grinding chamber where it undergoes grinding through impact force, shear force from high-speed rotating rotor, and collision forces. The processed material then passes through the screen to produce eligible products.
Standard Configuration
Typically supplied with cyclone, air lock, steam fan, and bag dust collector for complete operational setup.
