Production Line Process Flow
1. Wood Chipping System
Processes tree trunks and wood logs into wood chips smaller than 5 cm. Ideal for large-capacity wood chip production.
2. Grinding Processing
Hammer mill system converts wood chips into fine sawdust suitable for pellet formation.
3. Drying System
Rotary dryer reduces moisture content from 50% to optimal 13-15% for pelletizing.
4. Pelletizing Process
Features SIEMENS motor, high-precision gear transmission, SKF bearings, and forced feeding device. Ring die constructed from 42CrMo alloy steel.
5. Cooling System
Immediately cools pellets from 70°C to room temperature, enhancing hardness and strength.
6. Packing Processing
Automated packing system for 10-100kg bags with sewing machine closure for moisture protection.
