RDF Production Process
Refuse Derived Fuel consists primarily of combustible waste components including non-recyclable plastics (excluding PVC), paper cardboard, labels, and corrugated materials. These materials undergo comprehensive processing through screening, air classification, ballistic separation, ferrous and non-ferrous material removal, glass and stone elimination, and shredding to achieve uniform grain size before pelletization.
