Production Line Process

Processes tree trunks and logs into wood chips smaller than 5 cm using drum wood chipper technology.
2. Grinding Processing
Hammer mill system converts wood chips into fine sawdust suitable for pellet production.
3. Drying System
Rotary dryer reduces moisture content from 50% to optimal 13-15% for pelletizing.
4. Pelletizing Process
Features SIEMENS motor, high-precision gear transmission, SKF bearings, and forced feeding device with 42CrMo ring die.
5. Cooling System
Immediately cools pellets from 70°C to room temperature, enhancing hardness and strength.
6. Packing Processing
Automated packing system with sewing machine for 10-100kg bags, ensuring dry and waterproof storage.
