Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
Critical Operational Notes:
- Select appropriate die hole compression ratio for optimal performance
- Maintain working gap between ring die and pressure roller between 0.1 and 0.3mm
Best Practices:
- Use new ring die with new pressure roller for optimal performance
- Ensure pressure roller and ring die are loose before tightening during installation
- Use hand grinder to smooth pressure roller flange edges when sharp corners appear
- Implement preliminary cleaning and magnetic separation of raw materials to prevent iron contamination
- Regularly inspect die holes for blockages and clear promptly using punching or drilling methods
