1.Introduction about wood log peeling machine

Wood logs peeling machine uses a open silo, and feeds materials from one side , discharges from the other side .

Wood in the feeding slot is rolled circle by circle by the pushing debarking teeth on rollers.  

And the dabarking teeth also swing around wood's axis and pulsate up and down irregularly. As a result, wood and dabarking teeth, wood and wood, wood and feeding slot and pecten will cause strong and violent friction, clash, press and peeling. So, wood and bark will be separated quickly. 

The assembly line is operating to overcome the existing peeling machine feed, discharge, storage shortcomings and it is with high efficiency. The peeling rate could reach 95%.

Wood Barking/peeler machine is suitable for large,medium and small paper mills, pulp mill, wood factory, wood processing plant, forestry factory, timber yard, artificial board factory (such as plywood plant, medium density fiberboard factory etc).

Operation:

 A. Put the log and tree branches into the rotary drum,close the feeding baffle,then start the machine,with clockwise operation,the cutter will strip wood skin.

B. Fifteen minutes later,stop the machine,open discharging baffle, then start the machine and counterclockwise run two minutes,the peeled wood can be automatically sent out by roller.

Our double rollers wood debarking machine  can debark wood with various diameter, length, shapes. 

Due to wood moving recyclely and pulsating up and down at the same time, there will be much connection between bend wood and debarking teeth. This will not has a limitation of the length, diameter, branches of wood. So, our debarking rate of double rollers wood debarking machine will be much higher.
