This production line is galvanizing line of cold rolled steel. It mainly includes uncoiling section, welding platform, entry looper, annealing furnace, zinc pot, air knife system, cooling system after galvanizing, tension leveler, passivation section, exit looper, reserve postion for electrostatic oiler and some other equipments. The production line's product position is architectural material, roof, panels, etc. Its function inlcudes annealing, galvanizing, finishing, straighterning, pre-painting oil. etc.

All equipments of this line are designed and confirmed through modern technology. They are totally matched with each other. So, it could guarantee continuous and stable operation, also the excellent galvanizing and annealing steel strip.The preheating section of annealing furnace USES no oxidation burner for heating. The flug gas centrally preheat the combustion air in order to save fuel. By controlling the combustion mode of the burner it can adjust the atmosphere of the furnace without oxidation to ensure strip steel
