Annealing furnace is the core equipment of production line, including seal chamber, flame heating section, reduction section, cooling section, balance section, chamber for thermal tensioning roller. Its main function is heating, insulation, cooling and temperature uniformity of the strip steel according to the grade requirements of product and the corresponding annealing and heat treatment curve, to complete the recrystallization annealing of the strip steel and to make the strip reach the required temperature before entering the zinc pot. Through chamber for thermal tensioning roller (furnace nozzle) the strip goes into the zinc pot.

The electrical system is divided into two levels: driving control level and basic automation level (including HMI). The driving control level includes the drive system of all AC speed regulating motors and AC non-speed regulating motors. The basic automation level includes control system of all sections, test instrument system, monitoring system and online medium system such as air, water, oil and gas.

The monitoring system has man-machine interactive, communication, display and storage functions, which are mainly used for data, graphical display, unit state monitoring, unit data input, information storage and other related operations function screen. The monitoring system mainly completes the display and recording of the state data in the production process by the monitoring software running in the system.
