JJRS utilizes the operational and maintenance technology gained over more than 20 years throughout the JJRS to provide three types of continuous steel sheet processing lines that exhibit excellent operability and maintainability. Each facility is equipped with a high-quality annealing furnace compatible with a wide variety of steel grades, and all feature excellent high-speed strip running stability by means of optimized roll design, steering systems, and high-precision tension control. Skin-pass mills and tension levellers also enable superior shape of the steel sheets.

We have an extensive lineup of equipment, from our high-performance line to our low-cost line. The high-performance line utilizes a vertical annealing furnace suited to the manufacture of high-quality steel sheets, while the low-cost line utilizes a horizontal annealing furnace for producing home appliances and construction materials.
