Hot dip (or hot) galvanizing is the technology to dip the pretreated original plate of carbon steel into meltedliquefied zinc to obtain a protective zinc coating.

For good anticorrosion performance, galvanized steelsheet is vastly applied into the industries of home appliance, decoration,advertisement, and civil construction, etc. Particularly, the home applianceindustry (outer shell of air conditioner, outer plate of refrigerator, outershell of washing machine, computer, and microwave oven, etc) and color coatedplate has large demands on galvanized plate.

Hot dip aluminum zinc silicon steel plate -Galvalume(Referred to GL steel plate), is steel plate to hot-dip coat aluminum (Al 55%),zinc (Zn 43.5%), silicon (Si 1.5%) alloy on the surface of the steel plate. Itis a steel matrix composite, has excellent corrosion resistance. Hot aluminumzinc alloy steel plate performs outstanding in atmospheric corrosion resistance,thermal oxidation resistance of the aluminized steel plate and electrochemicalprotection of the galvanized steel plate.

We provide two kinds of technologiesof hot dip galvanizing (galvalume) lines: "United States Steel Corp"and independently researched and developed “JJRS-Sendzimir” .

The direct-fired furnace allows exact control of the atmospheric conditions and, due to its specific configuration, enables low energy consumption by only heating the actual strip width.
The downstream radiant tube section is equipped with the proven on-off technology with low-pollution burners.
The differential rapid jet cooling technology (DRJC), which is implemented in the cooling section, sets new standards through highest cooling rates with constant and controlled cooling across the strip width, and it adjusts additionally to the strip width, thus saving energy.
