1. General Specification
This line is the cold rolled continuous galvanizing line, with the function of heating reduction, galvanizing (reserve aluminum zinc silicon plating), skin pass, tension leveling. The designed capacity is 100,000 tons per year, the line processing speed is Max. 200m/min. In the line processing section, it mainly to complete the technologies process like heating, reduction, galvanizing, skin pass, tension leveling, passivation, oiling, etc. The products quality is accordance with GB/T2518-2008 standard.

Coil loading → Decoiling →Head Cutting → Entry Looper → Degreasing → Heating Reduction → Galvanizing → Air Cooling → Water Quenching Cooling → Dry → Skin Pass → Passivation → Dry → Exit Looper → Oiling → Cutting → Recoiling → Coil Unloading.
