Hot dip (or hot) galvanizing is the technology to dip the pretreated original plate of carbon steel into meltedliquefied zinc to obtain a protective zinc coating.

For good anticorrosion performance, galvanized steelsheet is vastly applied into the industries of home appliance, decoration,advertisement, and civil construction, etc. Particularly, the home applianceindustry (outer shell of air conditioner, outer plate of refrigerator, outershell of washing machine, computer, and microwave oven, etc) and color coatedplate has large demands on galvanized plate.

The purpose of the Continuous Galvanizing Line is to apply a coat of zinc onto the surface of steel sheets in ano effort ot increase their corrosion resistance. There is a wide range of control of zinc coat thickness, and the galvanized steel sheets are used for a broad range of purposes, including construction materials, automobiles and electrical applicances.
