General Specification

This line is the cold rolled continuous galvanizing line, with the function of heating reduction, galvanizing (reserve aluminum zinc silicon plating), skin pass, tension leveling. The designed capacity is 250,000 tons per year, the specification is 0.2-1.0×800-1250mm; the raw material is cold rolled low carbon coil, the line processing speed is Max. 180m/min (The design is according to Max. 200mpm to preserve the amount ), the Max. TV is 75. The total length of the line is about 275m. This is is Cold Rolled Strip Continuous Galvanizing Line, to take the consideration of producing Galvalume Products in the future, some of the equipment reserve according to the galvalume requirements.
