Technical service and warranty
Lifetime maintenance: Seller will provide lifetime maintenance service for all sold products
Seller shall be responsible for operators and maintenance personnel training, training period is 15 days. Concentrated training shall not be more than three times.
In the beginning of instructions for installation, commissioning, trial production, equipment put into production period, Party A shall provide necessary technical supports from our appointed engineers;
Malfunction reparations: if any failure occurs regarding equipment, when being acknowledged by the customer, reply will be made within 24 hours;
The seller may assist the buyer for other technical reconstruction, the corresponded expenses generated shall be responsible by the buyer.
