The seller shall be responsible for the completeness and reliability of the process performance and equipment; the buyer shall be responsible for any design and equipment supply changes caused by technical solution changes that exceed contract scope.
Seller supply scope does not include spare parts.
The seller shall be responsible for instruction for equipment installation, commissioning to guaranty that the commissioning becomes successful. The seller shall be responsible for instructions to the commissioning, so that qualified acid pickled coils are produced.
Commissioning to public and auxiliary facilities shall be responsible by the buyer.
Equipment filling in material (such as lubrication oil, hydraulic oil and gear oils, etc. inside the equipment) shall be responsible by the buyer.
Each energy connecting ports are connected to the using site by the buyer
Major data of the whole Acid Pickling Unit
The major technical targets for this Acid Pickling Unit shall be provided after the initial designing.
Emission amount of the pollutants shall be provided after initial designing.
Pollutants and corresponded emission amount shall be provided after initial design.
“Three Waste” treatment measures shall be provided after initial design.cid fog
Acid fog from acid pickling tank and water washing tank shall be sent into acid fog washing tower for purification, then drawn out by air turbine and discharged into the atmosphere from chimney. Washing water is discharged into sewage pit for Party A’s future treatment
The pickling waste acid is processed by the buyer in acid regeneration plant.
