For continuous acid pickling line, the headand rear parts of two different coils shall be welded together,
both entry andexit of process sections are equipped with accumulators to guarantee acontinuous operation.
Generally when the annual capacity exceeds 700,000 tons,continuous picking line will be adopted.
In continuous lines, the process section runs at a constant speed. Such installations are cost-effective due to simplicity of the accumulator designs.
