      After you confirm the order details, we will send you a proforma invoice including our bank account. We will prepare the order upon receipt of payment and shipping documents will be sent to you approximately one week after the shipping date.

        We supply all spare parts for the printer. If any part is damaged, we will either fix it or send you a new part after the user sends back the damaged part. We recommend that users order spare parts packs for long-term maintenance and quick replacement.
