AS Series One Way Clutch Bearing
The AS Series is a ramp & roller type one-way clutch designed for overrunning, indexing, and backstopping applications. This non-bearing supported clutch requires external bearing support for axial and radial loads, along with proper lubrication and sealing systems.

Mounting & Installation Requirements
The AS clutch must be mounted adjacent to bearings to maintain concentricity and support axial and radial loads. The outer race features a positive r6 tolerance for press fit in H7 housing, requiring adequate housing strength to prevent expansion after assembly.
Important: This clutch design can accommodate axial misalignment of inner and outer race of ± S/2. Proper oil or grease lubrication must be provided along with seals to retain the lubricant during operation.
