Square noodle machine cutter use:

This machine is used to quantitatively cut and fold steamed corrugated noodles, and then transport the noodle cakes to the noodle box of fryer. It is mainly composed of helical gear reducer, noodles steaming mesh roller, rows division wheel, noodles separating axis, roller, cutter, folding device, fan, blower, dividing plate, machine frame and other equipment.

How to adjust the box-in accuracy rate:

The box-in accuracy rate is controlled by electrical and mechanical. When the box-in is inaccurate, it can be adjusted by the following methods:

(1)Adjust the sliding panel angle.

(2)Loosen the set screw and turn the synchronous wheel to adjust the initial position.

(3)Adjust the electrical tracking system.
