Main structure of noodle steaming machine:

Noodle steaming machine consists of a rack, cabinet, door, conveyor, steam pipes and exhaust tube components. The door and the cabinet are made up by the high quality of the insulation material which is made by the thick layer of stainless steel plate. They are also sealed by non-toxic rubber. Good insulation and sealing can save energy. Noodle strips are sent into the steamer from the outer mesh of steamer.

Each side of the machine has opening and closing mechanism for the installation of transmission mesh and internal cleaning and maintenance. Water receiving plate set inside the steamer provides water tank to allow distilled water to be automatically routed back outside the box but not to fall on the noodles.
