Installation and Debugging:

1. Turn on the power supply and run the test run of each single machine in idling mode. The idling time is 1h. Each transmission part should run smoothly without blocking or scratching. If there is any fault, it should be eliminated in time.

2. When debugging the stroke of the piston rod for dough unloading of the dough mixer, ensure that the dough unloading drum rotates 90°.

3. Carry out the lifting test of the upper frame of the fryer. The automatic lifting should be smooth, the four corners move in the same way, drop the upper frame, and check the cooperation between the noodle box and the noodle cover from the observation window. The noodle cover should cover the noodle box and the distance between the front and rear is basically equal. Cover conveyor chain, adjust the relative position of the cover and the box, and then connect the chain.
