Use of Dual-axis Mixer:

Mixing flour is the process of stirring flour and salt water evenly in a certain proportion, so that the protein and starch in the flour absorb water and expand into cotton-wool pasta.

Main Structure and Working Principle of Dual-axis Mixer:

Dual-axis mixer is composed of motor, reducer, the pot body, stirring shaft and pneumatic door system, etc. Motor drives gear box through pot stirring shaft rotation. The stirring paddle on each axis in the axis span assumes the helix disposition. Two reverse rotation axis is driven by a pair of gears.

The power uses the two-speed electric motor and the high and low speed switches automatically by the setting time. Using high speed when adding water to reach the uniform water absorption of flour and water. After reaching the set time, it will be automatically changed into low speed and stir to knead.
