The equipment of fried instant noodles production line is an automatic production line developed and produced by our company. After more than 20 years of continuous updating, upgrading and improvement, the technology has been very mature, which can produce square noodle, round noodle and other shapes of instant noodles.

Control and Adjustment of Ripen Conveyor:

1. The cutting machine starts and stops separately. Conveyor motor controls speed through the frequency converter. Photoelectric switch detects the running of the tablet machine hopper. When the level is lower than the lower limit, speed will be accelerated through the control of the transducer. When the material position is higher than the upper limit, the speed is decelerated automatically through the control of the frequency changer.

2. According to the observation when the acceleration and deceleration are too frequent, the basic speed may be raised, so, it is better to enable the basic speed to achieve basically the material request of the amount used.

3. When the conveyor belt skids or is partial, it can be solved through adjusting the passive roller.

Use of Single Roller Machine:

Noodle machine that will be continuously rolled through the roller of eight pairs after curing, then through cutting and slitting, it becomes a corrugated dough equipment. This machine is one of the main equipment in production line. Noodle quality and the quality of the flowers are closely related with the machine.
