All the electric motors are frequency controlled, making its movement be matched with the whole line. The roller is manufactured by special technology and has a high hardness and a long life. The grooved roller uses cylindrical roller bearing and the smooth roll uses self-aligning roller bearing, which helps to improve the roller spindle nose’s working life. The steel plate-constructed wallboard has a high intensity. An oblique notching is on the wallboard, the grooved roller and the smooth roll are installed on it. And it’s very convenient to assemble, disassemble and maintain.

The Adjustment of Roll Gap:

The adjustment of the roll gap is accomplished through the separate adjustment of the two ends of the roll. For ease of operation, two adjustment hand wheels are mounted on the same side of the wallboard. Adjustment mechanism utilizes worm gear and worm drive. Worm drives the lead screw which is connected with the smooth roll fixedly to begin axial movement so that the roll gap can be adjusted. The adjustment direction of the two hand wheel is opposite.
