The fried cup instant noodle production line is composed of brine mixer, brine measuring machine, dual-axis mixer, ripen conveyor, single and continuous rollers, multi layer steamer, round noodle cutting machine (three times stretching), round noodle shaping blowing machine, fryer, arranging machine, cooling machine, conveyor and other equipment connected. The whole line is frequency controlled and PLC controlled.

Working Process of Round Noodles Cutting Machine:

After steamed, the noodles between the rows and rows are separated by branch wheels. They enter between the cutting knife and the knife holder shaft to be cut off in fixed length by the cutting knife after being stretched for three times. Then they slide into the noodles falling device through going through pendulum bucket cylinder (driven by a fall side swing bucket). Reversal devices flip down the dough belt which pass alongside the noodle discharging into the box of the frying machine.

Working Principle of Round Noodles Cutting Machine:

Noodles falling devices work with the motor of the frying machine at the same time. Motor adopts frequency control. The synchronization of cutting- dividing machine and frying machine as well as the box entering accuracy are controlled by a programmable controller.
