Installation and Commission 

Empty running commissioning of single machine is turn on the power supply and run empty one by one. The empty running time shall not less than 1 hour. Troubleshooting should be done in time.

Carry out the load test after the empty running test is passed. First, the flour can be used for the initial test. Adjust the gap between each pair of rolls of the noodle machine so that the thickness of the dough sheet could basically meet the requirements of the rolling ratio. On or off of the noodles hanging rods must be accurately placed in place, and there should be no stuck or misplacement. Adjust the noodle uniformity and hanging length on the stick. Check whether the operating mechanisms are flexible and whether the transmission mechanisms are operating normally and the lubrication of each rotary mechanism shall be carried out.

After the initial adjustment is passed, a formal load machine test can be carried out. During the trial run, the dough sheet extruded by noodle presser should be neither stacked nor stretched. Picker should matches rod feeding machine and no rod will be dropped. The noodle rod should be accurately dropped on the conveyor chain of the drying room. Adjust the temperature and humidity of the drying room according to the process requirements, so that the Stick Noodles can meet the relevant standards.
