Brine mixer

1. Application
Brine Mixer is used for preparing mixed liquid consist of salt, alkali, additives and water and other equipment, which is needed for mixing.

2. Main Structure
Brine Mixer is composed of a mixing barrel, a mixer, a heating pipe, a transfusion pipe and an infusion pump. The mixing barrel, mixing axis, heating pipe, transfusion pipe and infusion pump are all using 304 stainless steel as their raw materials. Transmission parts are made of ordinary steel or foundry iron. Reducers connect to the main axis through couplings with a water admixing roller fixed on the main axis. Reducers drive the water admixing roller to rotate and blend the mixed liquid, equipped with steam pipe inside the tank, which can heat the liquid to accelerate the dissolution of solid when water temperature becomes low. Homogeneous mixed liquid will be pumped into the measuring tank and then fed into the dough mixer.
