Ripen Conveyor

This machine is used to ripen the dough output from the dough mixer (commonly known as dough aging).
The ripen process is to put the dough on the conveyor belt for a period of time, so that the dough can eliminate internal stress and maximize the penetration of water into the protein colloid particles for realizing mutual expansion and adhesion and further form a gluten network organization,
thus internal structure tends to be stable as well as fulfill uniform feeding effect for the next noodle sheet pressing process.
