Continuous dough mixer

The mixed flour falls into the continuous dough mixer, continuous dough kneading, automatic powder supplying, and automatic water addition, realizing continuous automatic kneading operation.

Control the continuous and uniform supply of flour and water in proportion. The high speed rotating combines the flour and water evenly and quickly before output.

Homogenizer

The homogenizer carries out dough leavening, make the inside of the noodle is fully absorbed, to forms a gluten network group with viscoelasticity.

What are the raw materials used on the machine?

Our production line mainly uses food-grade SUS304, SUS316, POM and silicone parts that meet hygienic standards, as well as international brand electrical components. We can also make any custom design for you according to your needs.

When can I get an engineer from you?

When you have finished preparing the conditions (water, electricity, gas supply, production materials), contact our sales staff. We will send engineers to install your machine and train your staff to use it. Usually, when you are ready, you can contact our sales staff and cooperate with us to process the visa for the engineer, the engineer will arrive within 15 days.

How will my machine be installed when it arrives? how much does it cost?

We will send an engineer to your facility to assess the situation, install the machine and train your staff how to operate it. Clients pay for round-trip airfare, accommodation and salary/day/person.
