Ripen fresh noodle production line is the launched brand new products in recent years. Through mixing, rolling, slitting, steaming, loosing, second steaming, and cutting processes, make the noodle translucent and flexible, with moisture content more than 55%.

Use of Noodle Loosing Device:

After soaking the noodles go through a high-speed rotating drum for loosing, and then use the drop cloth curtain to wipe oil on the noodle, and then after a period of rest, to achieve dry and anti-paste.

Notes in the Process of Lifting:

1. Before lifting, the point of gravity center should be set and then the lifting position will be determined.

2.The steel rope for lifting must be fastened. The capacity for bearing should be compatible with the weight of the equipment.

3.The component parts which are easily to be wear in the lifting position should be dismantled first and they should be installed after the lifting.

4. The part that contacts with the equipment must be laid with the soft material in case of the damage of the equipment.
