The throttle is a controllable valve, which is generally divided into actuator, throttle plate and throttle position sensor. The throttle body is the valve that controls the engine intake and is a device on the engine intake system. A circular steel plate with a shaft in the middle is connected with and controlled by the throttle cable. Used to regulate the air entering the engine. After air enters the intake pipe, it will mix with gasoline to form a combustible mixture, and then burn for work. It connects the air filter and the engine body, and is called the throat of the automobile engine. There are two types of throttle valves: traditional cable throttle valve and electronic throttle valve. The traditional engine throttle control mechanism works through a cable or pull rod. One end of the cable or pull rod is connected with the throttle pedal, and the other end is connected with the throttle linkage plate. The key of electronic throttle is to adjust the throttle opening through the throttle position sensor according to the energy required by the engine, so as to adjust the intake volume.
