Details

Unwinder

The left and right unwind arms mounted on the linear guiderail of Unwind frame. Each of the two unwind arms is moved face to face
by precision oil cylinder to pull unwind arms, thus producing the action of clamping or releasing. The entire Unwind device is comprised of Unwind frame, Web Guiding Rectify device, Tension Control etc. Unwind with two directions (clockwise and anti-clockwise direction)

Web tension control

The dancer roller which regulates the web tension and which is operated pneumatically.
Material: CFK with rubber surface.

Overhead frame column mounted with gravity-free dual dancing roller structure, that dancing roller dancing by touch the film. The tension of the film is adjusted by dancing roller to make the rewind film always under the condition of constant tension, improved the rewind effect.

Material of dancing roller: carbon fiber

Machine frame

Overhead frame is use for aluminum idler roller install. Jumbo roll lead to rewind drive device from unwind device. Each aluminum idler roller surface is wrapped with covered cork tape to increase the friction when idler roller running. Idler roller use SIEMENS SERVO MOTOR Drive with good running synchronization, no scratch of the film

Spreader roller

One spreader roller we use KICKERT, GEARMANY with smooth rubber-covered surface, located upstream of the bottom cutter shaft.
Adjustment is by motor; the position of the roller is displayed at the control console.

Slitting Section – razor blade

Razor blade and blade grooved roller are comprised of Slitting System.

Knife holder installed on the linear guiderail and equipped with steel ruler, the razor position and angle can be adjustable blade holder locking fastness, convenient to adjust.

Hard chromium plating of blade grooved rollers’ surface, blade grooved is balanced, prism of groove is 1.5mm, width of groove is 1.5mm, depth of groove is 2.5 mm.

Main drive

The main drive (AC technology) controls the machine's speed.
Smooth transitions ensure that defects on finished rolls are avoided when machine speed changes. In the event of a web break at a
finished roll, the machine shuts down with an extremely short deceleration so that the remaining finished rolls are not damaged
(Quick-Stop function).

Rewind stations Outside

4 stations are designed for a minimum slitting width of 450 mm, on outside driven by AC motor)

The rewind type adopts offset shift flip, that is, the rewind is a offset shift action and the unloading is flip action.

Each rewind station includes rewind arms, SIEMENS MOTOR WITH PROTECTION COVER, wheel gearing device, reduction
gear, rewind chuck, rewinding arm motor displacement and locking device and so on.

Each rewind arm is driven by special speed-regulating motor (16 sets in total), which can move and self-locking,operation is labor-saving and safe

Trim Edge Collect Winder

Edge Trim Collect Winder adopt SIEMENS Servo Motor to drive, SIEMENS full automatic tension tracking control with good synchronization and with small land occupation, which is easy and convenient to operate.

Un-loading Device

Unloading device is an independent device, which is a unloading trolley on both side of rewind for the machine. After the rewind
is completed, the rewind arm is flipped down and the film is placed on the unloading trolley. The unloading trolley is equipped
with universal wheel, which is convenient for unrolling and moving
