1. Function:

1). Have automatic constant tension unwind, multiple-stations taper tension control center + surface-reeling up, rewind and machine stopped tension keep function.

2). Slitting into suitable harness, length and neatly roll material.

3). Have automatic guiding function.

2. Technical characteristic:

1). To adopt SIEMENS man-machine interface, perfect match of PLC programmable controller, CPU analog quantity output module, meanwhile, it adopts YASKAWA JAPANESE AC servo motor driver for rewind, YASKAWA JAPANESE inverter (with PG board), AC inverter motor drive traction to reach dynamic condition automatic control between the whole machine line-speed and 3 section tension, it could achieve soft start and soft stop.

2). To adopt taper tension control large rolling diameter center + surface rewind, product surface will not be dragged, abrased or bruised because of the changeable of rolling diameter, which ensure the tension uniformity.

3). Complete machine control use only 1 control point, the same instruct can finish unwind, rewind and 3 section tension synchronization automatic control.

4). Both rewind and unwind are equipped with scram button, safety and reliable.

1). Slitting material: 0.012-0.12mm BOPET;0.02-0.12mm CPP, BOPP film;

3). Maximum load-bearing of unwind: 2000 kg; Maximum diameter: 1000 mm;

6).Minimum slitting width: 400mm; (exceed 1200mm, we suggest use air-shaft for rewind)

8).According to client's layout design 6 inches dedicated steel tube choke plug for unwind.

9).Rewind uniformity less than 1 mm, it can be used for 6 inches and 3 inches paper-core rewind.
