ISO Certified Mirror Finish Stainless Steel Sheet 1000mm-2000mm Width
Product Description:
Cold rolled steel (CRS) is a highly ductile material that is widely used in applications requiring precision. Its unique ability to be withstand cold work hardening makes it suitable for a variety of applications. CRS is commonly used for building garages, steel sheds, and other industrial buildings, as well as household appliances, furniture, lockers and filing cabinets.
Additionally, cold rolled steel coils can be precision manufactured to within tight tolerances. This gives designers a great amount of control over the parts they are creating. Work hardening through cold rolling enables parts to be created in various levels of temper, such as quarter, half and full hard. The hardness levels are determined by the amount of cold work done on the steel, with higher amounts of reduction (up to 50%) leading to greater hardness but reduced ductility.
Although quarter-hard steel can be bent back without breaking, half-hard steel can only be bent at a 90-degree angle, and full-hard at a 45-degree angle, cold-rolled metal is often used in applications which require more curvature and bending, without the risk of it breaking.

Applications:
Cold rolled stainless steel sheets have many applications in various industries. They are common in medical, aerospace, and automotive engineering as well as in mechanical engineering and construction projects. In building projects, cold rolled steel is often used due to its ability to form into beams, columns, and sections. Furthermore, these sheets are popular for building industrial structures, such as steel sheds, industrial buildings, and garages. When it comes to home appliances, many manufacturers use cold rolled steel due to its tight tolerances. This metal is used to make a variety of household appliances, such as water heaters, washers, dryers, and computers. Its reliable accuracy and dimensional stability stands out compared to other metals.Customization:
